Photoshop 22.1 and program error

I tried several times to reinstall Photoshop 22.1 but whereafter I made one drawing close it and reopen it I got a program error.

I cannot find what the issue is.

The only thing I change are the panels and nothing else.

I use the legacy brushes and kyle's brushes.

I cannot do anything with Photoshop at the moment.

Is it my computer or is it something else?
