Photoshop (22.2) - 3D Import no longer works

For the last few days I've been trying to get Photoshop (version 2.22) to open a new project obj to work on and noticed i can no longer do that and the message i get when trying to import an obj is this: "Could not open "Teeth ONLY - For Photoshop v2.obj" because 3D files require Photoshop version 25.12.0."
