Photoshop 22.2 for Windows 10 will not open: Error issue with Gaussian Blur

After the update of Photoshop v.22.2 I am getting a message prompt indicating that there is an issue with the Gaussian Blur, which is preventing the application from opening. Please help

Sorry that you're getting an error message that there is an issue with Gaussian Blur in Photoshop 22.2 on your Windows 10 computer.

 

Are you getting such error message while launching Photoshop? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error you're getting?
