Photoshop 22.3.0 error

Since I have updated Photoshop to 22.3.0 I've been getting a program error when doing anything in PS.
Message: "Kan uw verzoek niet uitvoeren vanwege een programmafout" ("Unable to execute your request due to a program error")
Therefore I can not use PS now! Actions I have done: reset PC, reset PS settings, uninstalled PS and installed again: Nothing helps to solve this problem.
Can anybody help me with a solution to this problem?

Tried it: sadly it didn't have any effect... still the same error

I have the same problem. Almost every action causes the error "Kan uw verzoek niet uitvoeren vanwege een programmafout" ("Unable to execute your request due to a program error").

Any suggestions?
