Photoshop 22.3 for Apple Silicon freezes after startup... not loading files.

Had to downgrade to 22.2 to be able to use Photoshop.

Just installed 22.3 on a new MacBook Air 8core 16gb. It hangs and will not start. Must force quit. This is a clean Mac with no prior versions installed. However, I have it on another Mac under the same Adobe account.
