Photoshop 22.3 - There is a problem with Generator. Please quit Photoshop and try again

Before upgrading, this was not an issue and I was able to Generate png files with no issue.  Now that I upgraded, I get the error: There is a problem with Generator. Please quit Photoshop and try again with a link to: Error: "There is a problem with Generator" occurs when launching Photoshop (adobe.com)

However, that link is useless.

1. No issues with my firewall rules.

2. It's not an issue with my antivirus.  I can even open node manually myself.

3. I have no other plugins

4. When I disable Generator, I still get the error why trying to Export as PNG

5. Genorator log was last updated yesterday (before updating)

Anyone else have any ideas?   Perhaps a way to force a reinstall?
