Photoshop 22.4.1 Crashing on launch on Windows 10

Hey! Ever since the latest Photoshop update, I haven't been able to open it. I tried opening Photoshop from the taskbar, desktop, and the Windows Start menu. Nothing has worked. I even tried opening a PSD file from Creative Cloud, but that didn't work either. I don't get an error message, and even the page with the flamingos doesn't show up. My computer is a Pc windows 10, 64 bits, and I have the latest update for both Photoshop and Windows. My other Adobe apps (Lightroom, Aero, Rush, etc.) work, but not Photoshop. I've had this problem for a week now, and I have looked at many Support threads, none have helped yet, which is why I'm posting this. I have tried restarting Windows, still doesn't work. If anyone has a soltution, please please please tell me. Thanks!!

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble while trying to launch Photoshop. You can try re-installing Photoshop after uninstalling it using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool. You can check out the steps to use the Creative Cloud cleaner tool here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

You can also try to reset the preferences of Photoshop manually using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
