Photoshop 22.4.1 showing a blank screen and Welcome screen, Save As change in the latest update

Hi guys, my photoshop just suddenly stop working

- No welcome home, blank grey screen

- Save as dialog box doesn't work too, if I click "save" or "save as", nothing happens. All "export" options work fine, that means I cannot save it as .psd file.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstalling and also tried to download the older version, but still not help.

I have the macOs BigSur, please help me out-

Hi, I also encountered similar issues with my Adobe premiere. I tried restarting but it didn't work. The only solution that I found useful was that I made the size of the Adobe interface small(probably on half screen) and then everything started appearing. Sorry that Photoshop is not showing the Welcome screen and showing a blank screen. Also, the Save As option is not working as expected.
