Photoshop 23.3.2 closing

CC photoshop app photoshop 23.3.2 keeps closing when print is selected in the file menu. I have attempted several times, opening, re-opeing the app which takes forever to jsut end up with same result. I have tried compelting the task using a cloud file or from my hardrive, same result. I tried to just use the previous version before the update and it just freezes.

Hi @hollyh27259448, it seems you only have 8gb of RAM and your video driver is 43 months old. We see there is an update for this driver that was released on 5/22/2022, we would suggest you update that first, restart Ps and then see if the issue persists.

Hi @hollyh27259448, sorry you are having this issue. When did this happen the first time, have you been able to print in the past? Has anything changed in your computer settings recently?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
