I would suspect your graphics card. It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi sorry, there aren't crashes but the screen tears sometimes still and I need to restart the program. What causes the issue? I've switched to a 1295.24 GB scratch disc as well but it still happens.

Hi, sorry but it dosen't really get to the point where I can send a crash report. The entire screen glitches up like this and I have to use the task manager to manually close the program.
