Photoshop 23.4.1 Generating constant empty folders in com.adobe.dunamis folder

When launching this version Photoshop hangs and the splash screen does not come up. Instead it generates millions of folders in the com.adobe.dunamis directory. I'm only aware of this issue because Illustrator was/is doing the same thing and now this same issue is occuring in Photoshop. I'm not sure if earlier versions of Photoshop 2022 were doing this as well but the version we upgraded from (22.5.8) is working fine.
