Photoshop 23.4.2 hangs on print command

As soon as I use Ctrl-P or try to print trough the File-menu Photoshop hangs, even if I use a super small or a big image. Because Photoshop hangs after Ctrl-P I can not choose a printer. We use Photoshop on Windows 11 Pro (64 GB RAM). Printing from Indesign or printing PDF-files works fine.
What to do?

Hi @TuesdayM sorry to hear this. Have there been any changes to your computer or OS? When did it print correctly the last time?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

Tnx.
Clearing the settings/preferences helped.
