Photoshop 23.5.1 flickering and give error in MacOS 12.6

Hi,

I have these problems on both M1 and Intel chipset:

1. sometimes moving the mouse the drawing flickers

2. sometimes a gray bar appears in overlay on the workspace and I can't see anything below

3. often my Mac ask me to turn off photoshop because the memory is full (i have 8GB) 

All these problems have appeared with the latest release.
