just installed MAC OS Ventura 13.2.1  on a brand new MAC studio M1 64 GB RAM

noticed as soon as i had 13.2 Pshop 24.1.1 started doing the following:

1. Wont let me save workspace options

2. the Zoom feature is Definitely not stable and after i trashed Adobe prefs 2023

and tried to reload it it said it couldnt find the file

Cmd space bar etc works for a while then it stops working

3. I dont think it is allowing other tools to be saved in prefs

I dont usually complain, had the very first photoshop.. but this one is buggy/incompatible with VENTURA 13.2...NO issues with MONTEREY ever!!!!!!!

have to use 24.01 hoping it works .....

Adobe please research this  thank you GL

Hi @losackmd curious if you update to 24.2 and if these issues persist?

Thank you,

Cory

Hi @losackmd go to Apple System Preferences/Security and Privacy and add Photoshop to the Full Disk Access list and make sure it is active/checked.

This is a Ventura specific change.

For your other issues - how much Scratch Disk space do you have allocated/free - Photoshop Preferences/Scratch Disk.

Hi @losackmd  sorry to hear this.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Thank you,

Cory
