Photoshop 24/25 Sudden Lag/ Shutter Atuto Switching From CPU to Graphic Card

Howdy!

Ever since I switched to version 24 and went back to version 25, strange things suddenly happen:

- the guide lines turn from cyan line into gray dotted lines (this is the first sign that something bad is happening)
- when I zoom, or when I move objects, they move very jerkily, shuttering and laggy

What have I noticed that works? Disable the use of the video card, reopen the program, then reactivate the use of the video card, close and reopen again. It seems that it somehow "loses" the setting to use the video card... Although the check mark remains active.

My configuration: AMD 5900HX 4.2 GHz 64GB DDR4 3200MHz AMD RX6800M 16GB DDR6 2x2TB SSD Samsung 980 PRO
