Photoshop 24.3.0 - No in-app adobe stock option

Hi

 

I cannot search or indeed view stock images etc within Photoshop 2023 v 24.3.0 on my desktop.

I can with AI and all other apps but not PS.

I have uninstalled, re-installed, deleted preferences, logged out, logged in etc etc but still the option does not exist, I can only search internal libraries. (see image).

 

Just to confirm, on the same session, there is no issue search within AI and others just PS so it is not a PC issue (Windows 11) or similar.

 

Any ideas as to how I can resolve?

Thanks for the update @ITsoldWebServices for the strobe issue:

 

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Thanks guys bur as you can see, in my desktop version (latest one), I have no arrow to the extreme right, that is my issue.

Hi Michelle, 

 

Thanks for your reply, I was aware of that option but to confirm, the option that is available in AI is not an option in the latest PS app? Namely, search stock without leaving my workspace (image below is from AI this seach option is not an option in PS)

There is also little downturned arrow at the very right of the search box, as highlighted below, that when clicked

reveals a menu that includes Search In Adobe Stock.

    Hi!

    First you want to Launch your Creative Cloud Libraries Panel. Thenk click on the "+" in the bottom right of the panel and choose Go to Stock and Marketplace from the flyout menu. See below:
