Photoshop 24.3 DNG Issue

I am in the process of converting old photos to enhance and colorize them and have run into an issue. 

The process that I have been following to convert the images is as follows

1. Open the file in Adobe Bridge

2. Open the image in Camera Raw

3. Enhance the image

4. Open the enhanced image in Photoshop

5. Use the Photoshop Neural Filters to colorize the image

6. Save the image as a PSD

This was working flawlessly a couple of days ago, however, today when I try to open any DNG image in Photoshop the screen flashes white and no image is displayed...

I can only assume that the update to 24.3 has broken Photoshop's ability to open DNG files..
