If you have a pre 2016 GPU, please enable this option in preferences, otherwise you'll run into screen flickering issues, I can't understand why Adobe hasn't announced this issue with version 24.3 to notify people, so I'll do their work for them 😁

Thanks for posting this here where more will see it, Ged, as hundeds of users have confirmed that this solves the violent flickering for them.
