Photoshop 24.7.0 - unable to export video!

I'm running Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1 on a MacStudio M1 Ultra

I cannot get the Photoshop timeline to export video at all. I'm using Video Layers to rotoscope.

I've supposedly updated to the most recent version of Photoshop 24.7.0 so not sure what else to do.

Please advise.
