Photoshop 25.1 missing fonts being replaced automatically when opening the PSD.

I'm trying to open a PSD file containing missing fonts. However, when I open the PSD file it's automatically replacing the missing fonts with random non-requested fonts. Before It used to let us chose to replace or raster the fonts. But now it's just replacing the fonts.

This is really anoying because it's for an author that has a e-book cover and i'm working the print version of this cover. But the font changes are a big  NO NO .

So I wen't back to version 24.1 and this issue doesn't happen. 

What makes me wonder if it's a 25.1 problem.

Anyone else facing this problem?

Is it a configuration issue i'm missing?
