Photoshop 25.2 issue with freezing and the return of 'Not Enough Ram' errors

Hi,

Updated to 25.2 yesterday and ran into a number of issues.  Completed maintenance, checked scratch disk space confirmed , checked my 64Gb Ram use etc.  Moved entire directories to a backup remote NAS.  Started work again today and....  PS freezes using remove tool (spasmotic) after a minute or 2 getting the 'Not Enough RAM' message.  Not just the remove tool, sometimes heal and clone but mainly the remove tool.

Its gotten so impactful that I have rolled back to v25.1 where there were no issues as I do not have time to continue trying to resolve this as its last me most of a days work so far
