Photoshop 25.2 Layers Panel New Features

Does anybody know what exactly has changed in the Layers panel? Except the "Mask badge" which is hidden by default.

They appear to be suggesting that the right clicking a layer fly-out menu has changed, but I certainly can't remember the old one well enough to compare. If anyone still has an earlier version they can compare with the one below, that would be cool.

Is this a bit cheeky? They have spun fixing the layer mask badge issue as a 'customizable' layers panel. Someone working at Adobe has a bright future in politics, me thinks.

There doesn't seem to be anything like Adobe is referring to in either 25.2 or the photoshop beta 25.3 m.2415, however, this wouldn't be the first time Adobe said there were features in new photoshop versions and it turned out they we're actually not there.
