Photoshop 25.5 Cloning Tool Bug

Downloaded Photoshop 25.5 today. When I use the Cloning tool, it ignores the area I sample and chooses a different color from nearby. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

False alarm. I Reset Preferences on Quit and all is well again. It just coincidentally happened upon upgrading.

It's weirder than I thought. I reverted back to 25.4 and the Cloning tool is still sampling random areas. Photoshop Beta, however, works fine.
