photoshop 25.7

i can not open up new file or ild file just stays in main page

Is this a new installation that has never worked or is it an issue that just started?

What is your OS?

Most likely you will need to reset preferences. If you do it manually by renaming the file, then you can bring back the old preferences if needed.

Read the sections on Backup, Restore, and Reset Preferences.
