Photoshop 3D error

Question

I am a Photoshop user, and my 3D don't work at all. I checked my workspace on 3D, the object doesn't appear. When it sometimes does---(like when I convert the shape to a 3D object), it starts glitching, I can't move any perspectives or anything.

I have tried different methods on the community (like checking workspace, checking preferences).

I am on MacBook Pro 2020, with a quite a high RAM.

Please help..

my 3D don't work at all.By @sarangp123456789 3d is being removed in Photoshop. If you need to use it, install Photoshop version 22.2 (from February 2021). You can have more than one version installed. Be sure to enable the option to keep previous versions installed when you install a new version.
