photoshop acting up after new update.

Installed new photoshop update just now. Mouse goes out of control only when photoshop is opened. Also when I open a new file it opens up not centered. It wont let me center the photo at all. What should I do.

    go to path : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Required\Plug-ins\Spaces

    rename file Adobe Spaces Helper.exe to Adobe Spaces Helper 2.exe

    restart photoshop

    the soultion for image center problem is updating Vega Card but Mouse flickering problem not solved yet

    I have gtx 1060 and is up to date but still won’t center. I deleted the update and downloaded previous version and it works with no issues. Called adobe support and told me it was most likely a bug in the new update and would get back to me within 2 days.
