Photoshop acting weird

Hi I am working on a Imac 2019 and for some reason Adobe is working very slow and is acting weirder and weirder every day. I followed instructions to reinsttal the Creative Cloud app, empty the maps in the library, but it is still not working.

Example: Photoshop is showing a black screen for instance and when I select size 100% size I have to scroll all the way up and see just a part of the picture.

The problem continues, I have to toggle between the two views Full screen I see the image. On standard screen I have a black screen,

Yes all my programs were deleted. So its not een cleaner but an deleter. (had backups though...)
