Photoshop action or script that generates photos with serial numbers?

Hi there.

I made a diploma in Photoshop. Now i have to make 940 diplomas all with different names and unique serial numbers. I have an excel file with the names and the serial numbers. Is there any way i can export as pdf or jpeg with the help of an action or script? Or perhaps there is some website?

Thank you.

You can read the topic Fill shape colour by adding DMC number, in it I posted the script for a slightly different task, but it can be useful in this case as well (there is a description of how it works with pictures, I think you'll figure it out).

You can use data sets to populate fields in template and export as PSD. Later you can convert PSD files to whatever you want in batch process.

Here is official help https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/creating-data-driven-graphics.html

Here are my own tutorials, ask any additional help you may have https://www.dezigneasy.com/2014/08/easy-way-to-automate-photoshop-with.html (scroll down for links).

Hello @Robert2352413766ir,

If you have access to InDesign, utilizing it's Data Merge option would work for your needs.

It would build out all the individual diplomas as pages within one document, you then could use a script (see the link below) to output all the individual diplomas in one go.
