Photoshop (All versions) Stops Responding

Hi everyone,

As the title says, Photoshop (ever since the 2020 update) has just occasionally stopped responding. However, it's not freezing or crashing, it's just the images stop working. I can click on other tabs, but I cannot go back to the original image. I can still save and re-open, but as this happens every 10-15 minutes it gets very frustrating.

On top of that, lots of tools just don't respond either. I've posted a video HERE where both the shape the move tool (if you forward) don't respond until I make the click multiple times. The issue isn't lag, as the original clicks don't ever register. This issue follows nearly all the photoshop tools.

Things I've tried:

-Restarting Photoshop

-Restarting my Computer

-Running as Admin

-Clean uninstall/reinstall

-Multiple versions (downgrading as far as 2019)

-Graphics drives are up to date. (Though every time I updated it solved the issue for a little while).

-Memory and scratch disks are fine. 

I'm starting to lose my mind. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
