Photoshop and dual display layout

Hello guys.I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 with a Wacom Cintiq 13HD to draw and paint and a Yamakasi Catleap as a second monitor to view multiple windows so as to check the colours and the readability of the image, for example by applying a 20% dot grain proof to monitor my values.  The problem is that i have to manually move each window I create to the Yamakasi every time I open a file and worst still, setup  the proof for some as well.  This is tiresome.Is there an action or a script that will do this automatically so that these windows are ready in place on the second monitor every time I load the file?I ask because Ambient Design's Artrage does this with no problem and would like this feature in Photoshop.Cheers

I sometime connect my Surface Pro 3 216 PPI display or my Galaxy tablet higher resolution but smaller display as a third high resolution display on my workstation via a network connection so I can see my image on my low resolution display and on a High resolution display a second view of my image. The is a delay strokes I paint on my low resolution display are not applied toe the second view tio i enf the stroke. The only action I could come up has a stop in it so I can drag the second window that is open for my image to the high resolution third display. My Pallets are on my first display on the left I edit my image in a floating window on my second middle display and the high resolution display is on the right. My Action look like this
