Photoshop and illustration keep turning off!!

Photoshop and illustration are turning off But other 3D programs like Lino and Keyshot are working well, can you help me?

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

What do you mean by "turning off"?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences

I use Window11 and photoshop, Illustrater 2022

I mean my program do not have response and stop working, so I have to turn off the program

16RAM and 512GB

Yes I did, I tried to resetting, remove and install the program again, downgrade to previous version ,setting my laptop graphic options
