Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 crash when clicking File>Print
Hello,
It's the first time I post a question on this forum and I am sorry if I am not at the right place or if it was already answered in the past.
My Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 were working perfectly fine until last Friday (November 2nd, 2018) afternoon.
This morning when I tried to print a .tif file, Photoshop crashed without any error message. I tried Illustrator and it crashed as well.
I wanted to do a repair, but there was no such option. Instead I updated it to the latest version available, 13.0.1, restarted the computer and tried again, it crashed.
I am running Windows 10 1803.
Here is what I did since the update was performed:
1. Uninstall both Photoshop and Illustrator
2. Remove all printers and reinstalling them
3. Clearing the spooler files and printer drivers
4. Deleted Photoshop Preference file
5. Logged on to the computer as a different user (new Windows profile created)
6. Contacted Adobe for support. After spending about 4 hours waiting and speaking with Adobe support, they told me to post a question on the forums.
Everything I did did not resolve the issue and if I try printing, the application crashes.
I don't know what else I could do to resolve this issue.
Could anyone help me get to the solution please or do I have to re-image the computer and start over?
Thank you for all your help,
