Photoshop and Windows netview conflict

A few weeks ago, I had to roll back Photoshop CC a couple of updates because a conflict wih Windows netview was making it impossible to open some of my native PSD files. I cannot update unless this has been solved. Does anyone know if this problem (which I've seen a lot of people complaining about) has been solved?

    Abambo, Windows Netview operates some of the tool icons in Photoshop. My problem is still unsolved.

    How do you get netview? I have no idea what netview is and where I can find that tool. Is it an Adobe tool?
