Photoshop attempts to run an action when opening

I am running v21.1.3. Whenever I start photoshop, it attempts to run an action. I have never added anything to, nor is anything listed under, the Script Events Manager. How do I stop this?

Correct answer JNeale

So the problem would seem to lie with the Panel.

I think you're right. I had the latest version of the Panel and it worked just fine once the program was running. So I simply deleted the TK7 actions for now and PS now opens as expected. Thanks all for the guidance.

Which Action exactly?

Its an action that loaded with the TK7 panel (Tony Kuyper - luminosity masking). Specifically, it's the Copyright 2017 Tony Kuyper action.

Hi,

Could you please share screen shot of "Scripts Events Manager" window, just be sure nothing exists there on "Start Application" event.
