Photoshop BLACK SCREEN after launch graphic

Hi there!

I am experiencing a  black screen (can only see the top bar) after opening photoshop and illustrator. The launch graphics appear and then nothing. I am able to open files into each program; however, I cannot create new files. Which is super frustrating! 

I know this has been posted, but I have tried everything with no luck. Here is what I have done...

1. I've deselected the Graphics Processor

2. I've reset the Preferences and moved the UXP to the Desktop.

3. My mac is running macOS catalina 10.15.4 / totally up to date

4. I have no updates in creative cloud / photoshop and all other apps are up to date.

5. I have reverted photoshop to an older version and that did not work either.

6. I did change my workspace and tab over to change the view; this shows the tool bar and other window settingns. However, I still cannot create a new file. 

Any help would be phenomenal.
