Hi

You'll need to provide more detailed information, what exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have and what are your computer system spec, it would help if you could post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread.

    i uploaded the system info 

    and i'm using acer concept d 3 pro .

    this flickering only happen in canvas area .

    it's super annoying !
