Photoshop Brush and Zoom tool acting like the Hand tool Bug. Please help me

I recently got a Huion Kamvas 156HD Tablet and have been playing around with it for around a week. I have been using Photoshop for a few years with a basic Wacom intuos tablet until I got the new tablet, so I am fairly experienced with Photoshop. I have never had this problem in photoshop before.

As I said, I have been using the tablet for about a week and everything was working normally until a few days ago. When I try drawing in any direction the brush pulls the image with me like the Hand tool does. However, the brush works perfectly normal when I brush it from side to side horizontally. On top of that, when I try to zoom out it just moves the screen from side to side. Now when I use my mouse everything works perfectly, or at least as perfect as a mouse can get. So obviously the problem should be the tablet.

I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the tablet driver, and even reinstalling photoshop. But the problem is still there. This is my first time using a tablet that works like a second monitor, as the Intuos tablet does not have an actual screen. I don't know what else to do, and I don't even know where exactly the problem is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, and Merry Christmas

Hello, I would recommend to keep that update that does fix other issues, and apply this one that fixes, many other things, but especially the scrolling issue created by  the other one... Cannot paint with stylus when zoomed in on image | Windows 10

Hi you guys. This week, I got an issue with my huion gt 221 and the brush tool that becoming a hand tool. And I was able to fix it by undo an update (KB4093112) on april 10 2018. To do this, just follow this website. How to Undo a Windows Update - dummies. Also, I will suggest to reinstall your photoshop after all this procedures. just in case. So, yeah. Hi

I also have this kind of issue with my brush tool on photoshop recently with mi Huion Gt 221. I try to use on previous photoshop version like cs6, but it doesn't work. Even try to follow step from Dave on another forum with the notepad and so on. I don't see any progression. Right now, Im writing to Huion. Hope I will get an answer. It just freaks me out. It totally works during half a year, and now, it don't make sense anymore. Hope the driver will make a difference. Any solution so far?

Hi

Try this

1 Select everything inside the quotes here (don't include the quotes): “reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f”

2 Copy it with Ctrl + C on the keyboard.

3 Type Windows Key + X (together), a menu will appear

4 Then type "A" on the keyboard. That will give you an elevated administrator PowerShell command prompt.

5 Paste the command you copied into that window with Ctrl + V

6 Hit "Enter" on the keyboard

7 Reboot
