Photoshop brush fades

Hi community,

I have an issue with photoshop brushes. I don't know how to discribe it, so its hard to search this community for simmilar problems.

But here I go: When I use a brush. It fades to 0% oppacity. The only way to use the brush again is by resizing the brush. 

It happens when I use my Wacom or my mouse(pad).

It is almost impossible to use brushes at the moment.

I've added a screenshot as an example of what happens.
