Photoshop Brush Tool Not Smooth

I'm currently using Photoshop CS6 for my digital art, I'm having a problem when it comes to the brush tool. I was creating my own lineart brush but I don't know how to make it smooth. It may not be that visible in the image but it's kind of rough. I appreciate all of the help you could give, thank you!

Hi

Do you mean smoothing out variations in the stroke as you make it. Brush smoothing is available in the current version of Photoshop CC but not in CS6. You could try a plug in such as Lazy Nezumi.
