Hi All,

Is there a place, here within CC, that we can download free brushes for Photoshop?

    Here are a few places I used in the past. But also look to the Creative Cloud like Fenja suggested. In the USA version it is called Assets. Look in the Brushes section. (part of the search)

    Also it is easy to turn anything into a brush. Select an area then go to Edit>Define Brush Preset. The white areas will pick up no color, the black will pick up all color and gray will pick up some color.
