Photoshop bug lag huion tablet

Question

Hello,I encountered a problem with my Huion GT-191 tablet while using Photoshop. When I am painting the application gets stuck after a few movements of a brush.  When I move the stylus away from the screen, Photoshop unblocks. I've already tested the tablet on other computers. I have also checked another tablet (Wacom Bamboo) with Photoshop, and everything seemed to work with no problem. I've reinstalled the OS and checked tablet drivers - the newest and previous versions, but it hasn't helped. The device works with no problems in other applications, eg. SketchUp, Gimp or Paintstorm Studio.
