Photoshop Can't Render Timelapse

I am new to timelapse photography and have a nice sequence. I followed this instructional video

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/how-to/create-time-lapse-sequence.html

exactly, and everything has worked fine except export. When I attempt to export and render video, Photoshop just hangs and displays the nightmarish spinning circle. I have attemped the same process multiple times and I have let it process for up to 45 minutes with no luck. Please help! Thank you.

I closed all Adobe apps, opened Apple Keychain, selected the login tab and deleted everything Adobe. When I signed back into Adobe CC and restarted Photoshop I opened my Timelapse and rendered it. It worked right away! Adobe support sent me an article on this, can't find it now, but it works!

The problem for me was related to using the new Mac M1.

And the solution which worked for me (and which can be rolled back) is:

  1. Close Photoshop
  2. Go into the Applications/Adobe Photoshop 20xx folder
  3. Right-click Adobe Photoshop 20xx.app and select "Get Info" (Mac + I)
  4. Set the checkmark "Open in Rosetta"
  5. Reopen Photshop and both the Render Video and Export (with video formats) are available 👏
