Question

photoshop cant verify my subscription

Hi I am on windows 10 and my internet i working.

I restarted my subscription to photoshop last month but since then I havent been able to start it, it just says that it cant verify my subscription and shortly after that I get an error message saying that photoshop shut down.

I have tried reinstalling creative cloud and photoshop on multiple occasions but the problem remains.

Today I updated photoshop to the latest version in creative cloud, but after starting it from creative cloud I got the same error messages as before.

I have tried resetting the host files and cleaned the adobe entries in credential manager, but none of that has worked.

I just dont know what to do here? I find it weird that I can get into creative cloud and update a program that I subscribing to, but when I start it from creative cloud it cant verify my subscription, it doesnt really make sence to me.

some help would be appreciated!

kind regards

Try resetting your router. I have the same issue, at times. Even though the internet seems to work, something still messes up. So if restarting PS doesn't work, resetting the router always worked for me. If you still have issues, try logging in at a friend's house, if you can, and see if you can logon there.

Good idea, Chuck — I rebooted my router last week and it cleared up some issues I was having. I left it off for 30 minutes, but don't know if that was necessary.

Hi

First see if these steps help:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

We can't assist with billing on the forum, so you may need to contact Adobe Customer Care:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

or send a tweet to @AdobeCare for support.

Hi,

No that didnt help unfortunately.

I have made sure that my subscription is active,

I tried logging in and out again.

I have updated creative cloud, logged out and back in again, still didnt work.

I have removed entries in host files, both manually and using the limited access repair tool, didnt work.

what else is there?

kind regards

Hi Sven,

Did you try my second suggestion and contact Customer Care? They can look at your computer. Type "agent" if you use chat to get a human.

Do not respond to PMs, as they are from scammers. Adobe staff has an "Empoyee" badge and can look up your info by your Adobe ID.
