Photoshop CC 19 crashes trying to open Nikon NEF file

I've been trying to open a Nikon NEF RAW file for some weeks now and have submitted several crash reports, but have had no response to these reports in spite of providing my e-mail address as requested.

Hi

Try this:

Go to Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw > Performance and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor". Restart Photoshop and try teh raw file.

If that does not help, please post details of the crash.
