Photoshop CC 2014 - Need to save to ICO

Hi, I had the possibility to save an image to filetype ICO, but now I am not able to see it anymore. Could anyone tell me if Adobe has done anything to restrict it? or even better, could anyone explain how I can get it to save as ICO ?

You may need to install a third party plugin like Telegraphics - Free plugins for Photoshop & Illustrator...and other software

I have done that, and I tried again to take a image and store it as ico, that worked.... its a kind of strange. If I open a add.pdf file that has been saved togheter with the add.ico I am not able to do SAVE AS... ico, Is it so that it is not possible to save an add.pdf as ico? I am VERY new to PS :-) sorry

I'm struggling to understand quite what you are saying here..? Are you wanting to convert a PDF into a ICO?

Can I ask what you need to do this for? I'm assuming you are creating icons?
