Photoshop CC 2017

Hey!I've got a problem with Photoshop. So I installed Photoshop CC 2017 on my Windows and everytime I want to start it Windows says the program does not work anymore. I'm very desperate, because I'm a student of digital media so I really need this program. Does anyone has a hint or an advice for me, please?

    Until you can solve the 2017 installation, you might want to reinstall 2015 so that you can continue working. Scroll down "Install an older CC version with the Creative Cloud App" in this blog post for specific instructions:
