Photoshop cc 2017 crashing as soon as its launched

Hi there,

As soon as I Iaunch PS, after the splash screen i get this message below and it stops working.

I have a Dell XPS 8300 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 card. I updated the latest driver available and still getting the same issue. Can anyone please help me figure this out? Thanks a bunch!

    Ty for getting back to me! I got a GTX 1050 TI that my friend had extra, so I installed it and completely uninstalled PS and reinstalled it and it STILL crashes as soon as you open here is the latest reliability report
