Photoshop CC 2017 not open files

I try to open a psd file, but it does not open, it even goes with any file, help, please

    Had the same problem. You cannot have two graphics cards. Dual monitors must be on the same COMPATIBLE graphics card. Check the Preferences>Performance. See if your card is listed. You may need to uncheck the box. Try one monitor at a time.

    If your issue is the same as the one from the OP in Nov 2016, use the advice that @StefanRG gave six years ago in Jan 2017 and was marked "correct".

    Hi Marcelosv,

    What exactly is the error message and what is your Computer Operating system?

    Are you able to Drag/Drop Files in Photoshop and then open them? If so See this thread After Update to Photoshop CC 2017 I can no longer set open files to Default Program

    No error appears, my operating system is windows 10.

    I use context menu > open with > Photoshop CC 2017 but not open any psd file and any file extension, even when double clicking
