Photoshop CC 2017 shortcuts stop responding (sometimes) with wacom intuos

I'm using a Wacom Intuos and Photoshop CC 2017 on Windows 10.
It works fine except that every now and then (about once out of five times) when I use any shortcut (like ctrl+z, ctrl+t, etc), it stops responding. It only responds once I raise the pen away from the tablet, then it starts responding again.

I've seen a topic where people reported a similar problem on a Mac, but in my case it's a PC with Windows 10.
Is there a fix for this?
