Photoshop CC 2018 crashes when I try to open a photo in camera raw

First of all, photoshop takes almost two minutes to open, sometimes i'll get messages that certain dll files are missing but it goes ahead and does open.  If I try to open photoshop through LR, I'll get a message saying Photoshop cannot be opened, yet if I minimize LR, Photoshop is there below and starting to open.  Once I get Photoshop open, if I try to use camera raw, I get a crash.  Please help.

    Hi

    Try going to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw and disable this option, restart Photoshop

    If would help if you provided more info about the dll errors you're getting, can you post the exact error message
